Our staff of 8 full time and 4 part time employees pride themselves on customer service, responsiveness and knowledge of all the postal rules and regulations.

Towne Mailer has the most up to date and state of the art machinery and equipment to make sure our clients’ mail is prepared and processed quickly, accurately and at the most cost effective postage rates.

Our equipment includes:

• Optical Scanner Sorter that at a read rate of 10,000 pieces per hour can verify an address, spay a barcode and sort mail in various zip code sequences.
• Manual encoding machine to verify addresses and spray barcode on mail pieces that have been hand addressed.
• 6-station inserting machine with intelligent accumulator.
• 4-station inserting machine with intelligent accumulator.
• High speed addressing machine with in line tabber.
• 2 high speed folders.
• 4 intelligent, high speed postage meters.
• Burster.
• 4 high speed laser printers having a combined print volume of 350 ppm.
