While designing the website, our users were our first concern: we wanted the new Towne Mailer site to be straightforward, simple to navigate, and easy to use.

- Our new video. We’ve produced a short video that overviews how Towne Mailer works, how we developed our efficient mail processing system, and how we save our clients money. It’s also a great chance to “meet” our founder and owner, Michael Stronberg.
- Our simplified contact form. Now it is even easier to contact us through our website: one short form with five information fields. And always remember that if you don’t feel like emailing, you can always give us a quick call during business hours to speak personally to one of our team members.
- A new FAQ page. As part of our commitment to providing our visitors with exceptional customer service, we’ve added a frequently asked questions page that quickly and succinctly answers common concerns and questions from potential and current clients. If you have a general question, chances are that you can find the answer there. If not, give us a call or drop us an email!
- Our news section. We are now regularly sharing news, information, and tips in our news section – including this post! This is the best place to keep up with Towne Mailer announcements, Post Office regulation news, and all things related to statement processing, mailing, and printing.
- A complete list of our services. We now have a page that clearly outlines our services as well as a list of common types of businesses and organizations we work with.
- An overview of our efficient printing, processing, and mailing system. We also have a page dedicated specifically to how we print, process, and mail. We hope that it helps users better understand what we do and how passionate we are about our system.
- New client case studies. We took a step beyond simple testimonials and took a close look at how some of our clients have specifically benefited from outsourcing their statement processing and using our services. These case studies cover exactly how our clients make their business more successful by utilizing ours.
- Our same offer of high quality mail processing and customer service. Even though a lot has changed about our website, our business and customer service remains the same. We are still committed to providing our clients with the best printing, processing, and mailing service out there. And we are still thrilled to do so with energy, passion, and professionalism.
